This is my personal, owned, operated, web site. As I shed affiliations (I am retiring from HKS in June 2019, I am no longer a Senior Fellow with Center for Global Development) I realized I needed to own my web presence, not connected, controlled, or maintained by any organization. Hence I need no caveats about these views not representing anything but my research, thoughts, ideas. Some elements have been through the careful, painstaking process of peer reviewed publication, but some are new and not well worked out, so it is not clear these even represent my own views yet. This page is still very much under construction and so there might be typos, mistakes, misspelled, names and even worse, stupid stuff said as I draft lots of text fast. To err is human, to forgive is divine, and to let me know what is wrong is really helpful.
